Volunteers needed for GRACE Golf Outing on Friday, October 2, at LaTourette Golf Course.
Grace of NY is looking for volunteers who can assist as early as 6:45 AM through approximately 2:00 PM. Volunteers are an important part of making the day run smoothly and would help with setup, golfer registration, directing guests, and assisting throughout the course.
We will also have a variety of activities and stations set up at different holes throughout the course. Volunteers may be assigned to contest holes, raffle or giveaway holes, sponsor holes, beverage stations, and food stations. Some volunteers will help greet golfers, distribute food and drinks, explain activities or contests at their assigned hole, and make sure everything stays organized as each foursome comes through.
We will also need volunteers to help with breakfast and morning refreshments, lunch and food service, beverages, supplies, and general event support throughout the day. With golfers spread across the entire course, having volunteers stationed at the various holes and food and beverage areas is extremely helpful.
Whether someone can volunteer for the entire day or just a portion of the morning or afternoon, we would greatly appreciate the help!
